Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our Captain along Florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the StarLite Majesty.  Sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember.  For sightseeing passengers, cocktail service and a snack bar are available.

Vegetarian Harvest
A tasteful culinary presentation of fresh seasonal vegetables selected and prepared by our chef. 

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Tender chicken breast filled with ham and Swiss cheese, lightly breaded and topped with a classic Bechamel sauce. 

Beef Burgundy
Beef tenderloin pieces served over a bed of white rice with a burgundy & mushroom sauce. 

Shrimp Creole
Our version of this New Orleans classic combines tender gulf shrimp with fresh vegetables in a mild tomato creole sauce.  Served over white rice. 

Chicken Caesar Salad
Tender pieces of lightly seasoned chicken breast served over fresh romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with herbed croutons and parmesan.

All above lunch entrees are served with salad and bread.

LUNCHEON CRUISE PRICING
Small parties booking an afternoon Luncheon Cruise purchase an admission ticket to cover the cost of the sightseeing cruise.  Once on board, you will order and pay for your dining service in much the same way you would in any other restaurant.

$19.95 for Adults plus optional dining service purchase on board

The entree selections on board are priced from $9.95 to $14.95.
